Grand Smokies Resort Lodge Pigeon Forge features accommodations ranging from double queen rooms with private balconies (sleeps 4) to single king rooms with Jacuzzis and private balconies (sleeps 2). The single queen room includes a kitchen, fireplace, microwave, refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, and flat-screen TV. Each room offers complimentary Wi-Fi, AC/heat, hairdryer, and iron/ironing board. Adjoining units are available. All rooms are non-smoking; smoking is only permitted outside on the ground floor. Pets are not allowed, with a $250 fee for violations (except for service dogs in compliance with ADA rules).

The Wood Grill Buffet, located next door, offers a large buffet in East Tennessee, with over 250 feet of buffet bars and 750 seats. It serves hickory wood grilled steaks, hickory smoked baby back & spare ribs, hand-carved ham & roast beef, baked & fried chicken, seafood, a Southwestern grill, kid-friendly foods (pizza, burgers, hot dogs), a potato bar, salad bar, American entrees, side dishes, and Italian cuisine. Papa John's delivers straight to rooms. The Wood Grill Buffet prepares the meals served at the Biblical Times Theater.

The hotel includes an indoor pool complex with a double loop water slide and a kiddie pool. The arcade/game room features pool tables, air hockey, and arcade games. The Biblical Times Dinner Theater, located on the property, provides live cast performances with holographic and 3D technology. The Museums at Biblical Times consist of The Shroud of Turin Museum, Christus Gardens Encore, and The SGMA Hall of Fame.

Located on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, Grand Smokies Resort Lodge is less than a mile from the Hollywood Wax Museum, MagiQuest, and the Titanic Museum. It is 65 km from McGhee Tyson Airport. The hotel is central to downtown Gatlinburg, Sevierville, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. A trolley stop in front of the hotel provides transportation in the area. Nearby attractions include WonderWorks Pigeon Forge (1 km), Outdoor Gravity Park (1 km), and The Island in Pigeon Forge (6 km).

Grand Smokies Resort Lodge is equipped to accommodate family & military reunions, tour groups, church conferences, business seminars, and car shows. The hotel provides three conference rooms: a 468 sq ft room, a 1,120 sq ft room, and a 2,160 sq ft room. A new 12,000 sq ft convention center is under construction.
