Dancing Bear Lodge has 28 accommodations on a 38-acre property, including cabins, villas, and cottages. The LeConte Cabin features an open floor plan, a king bed, a full kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Evergreen Cottage has two sleeping areas-Spruce (one king bed) and Jack Pine (two double beds)-each with a bathroom and a garden tub. The Villas include Sugarlands, Clingman's Dome, Twin Creeks, and Rich Mountain, with options for king or queen beds, hot tubs, and fireplaces. Select villas have roll-in showers and handrails. Rocky Top features two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room, and a full kitchen. Lofts include Gregory Bald, Chimney Top, Abram Falls, Rainbow Falls, and Laurel Falls that offer 2 king beds, a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and an outdoor hot tub. Little River has a king bedroom, a Great Room with a fireplace, and a private deck overlooking the river.
Dining at the Bistro
The Appalachian Bistro offers regionally inspired dishes. It has an award-winning culinary team and serves meals among the Smoky Mountains. The menu features fresh produce grown on-site and local ingredients. The restaurant also offers hand-crafted cocktails and a wine menu recognized by Wine Spectator. Special events include Bear-fay, with brunch classics, Bloody Marys, and Mimosas. The Dancing Bean, a full-service coffee house, is also located in Townsend, TN.
