Seven Springs offers yurts with heated mattress pads, twinkle lights, bright fabrics, and comfortable beds. Some yurts have garden views. The bath house is clean and includes showers with openings that let in nature sounds. Shared facilities include a community kitchen, outdoor seating, and hammocks.

There is no full-service restaurant, but the shared kitchen is well-equipped with herbs growing nearby. Retreat guests enjoy nourishing, plant-based meals, including fresh Guatemalan coffee in the morning. Outdoor dining areas and a picnic area are available for self-catering.

The property features a yoga shala (with a platform built by the host's father), a labyrinth tucked into a hillside, and a fire pit for evening gatherings. Guests can use the sauna and book OsteoThai massage. Hammocks, walking paths, and nature-bathing activities are also available.

Seven Springs sits on 52 hectares in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, a 20-km drive from McGhee Tyson Airport. It is 38 km from the University of Tennessee, 39 km from the Frank H. McClung Museum, and 41 km from Market Square. The area offers mountain views and quiet forest surroundings.

Free on-site parking and WiFi are provided. The hosts (Jessi and Zach) are accommodating and can arrange retreats, yoga classes, and personal retreats. The property also hosts weddings and encourages guests to use the outdoor fireplace and picnic area. No room service or concierge is available.
