The Lambuth Inn has 131 rooms. Guests can book rooms with one king bed or two double beds. Rooms include coffee makers, flat-screen televisions, and free wireless internet. Some rooms offer lake views. Handicap-accessible rooms and rooms with walk-in showers are available. Approximately 20 rooms in the middle back section have bedding upgrades only and are sold at a lower price.

Guests can enjoy Yoga with The Yoga and Bodywork Collective outdoors at Inspiration Point, which overlooks Lake Junaluska, on summer Tuesdays, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. QiQong on the outdoor lawn near Memorial Chapel at 5:30 p.m.

The hotel retains the historic nature of the hotel by using period furniture that matched the 1920s architecture and by keeping the elegant look of the lobby and parlor. Lake Junaluska follows cleaning and sanitation processes pursuant to guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control.
